For example, Nordwind airlines is ready to take you to a resort in Thailand from the capital Sheremetyevo, from where its planes fly daily. The ticket will cost at least 36,500 rubles. In this case, the road will have to spend about 35 hours and 45 minutes. In fact, almost 23 hours will be spent waiting for a transfer at Phuket Airport and Udon Thani. Therefore, such a route will not give pleasure to anyone.
There is an opportunity to fly to the resort and much faster. In this regard, the domestic carrier "Aeroflot" can help, on the plane of which you can fly to Pattaya in just 15 hours! In this case, you will also have to make two stopovers at the airports of Phuket and Bangkok, but it will not take long. But the cost of such a flight can unpleasantly surprise even the wealthiest tourist. For a one-way ticket in the economy class cabin, you will need to pay at least 79 thousand rubles.
There is also an alternative route, which can be conditionally divided into two parts. The first flight will take you to Bangkok International Airport, and then you can fly or drive directly to the resort town. The distance does not exceed 110 km, which can be easily overcome both by shuttle buses and by taxi.
The fastest flight is ready to be provided by the Airlines company, on whose aircraft it is possible to cover a considerable distance between Moscow and Bangkok in just 12 hours and 45 minutes. The ticket in this case will cost no more than 23.5 thousand rubles. Well, if you are ready to pay twice as much, then you will find yourself in Bangkok in 9, 5 hours from the moment of departure.
Bangkok Airport to Pattaya
You can get from Bangkok to Pattaya either by air or by any land transport. Domestic carriers are responsible for air traffic between cities. For example, by plane of the Air Asia company you can get to the resort town in just 4.5-5 hours, and the cost of services will be from 3800 to 4700 rubles. But it will not be possible to significantly reduce travel time. The fastest is the Bangkok Airways flight, the ticket price for which is 15,300 rubles. But for this money, you can get there the fastest in just 1-1.5 hours.
You can also get to Pattaya from Bangkok Airport by bus or taxi. As soon as you leave the terminal building, you will be immediately surrounded by dozens of local taxi drivers who will gladly agree to take you to the most famous resort. The cost of services of private cabs starts from 1100-1200 baht. But the travel time will be no more than 2-2.5 hours, which allows us to confidently call this way of travel the fastest. But the bus trip will cost much less. You can even find a regular bus, the trip on which will cost no more than 200-300 baht. But on the road you have to spend an hour or two longer, since the bus stops at almost every stop. Buses depart from a special platform for regular route facilities, which is located not far from the exit from the airport hall.
Budget bus number 389 makes regular trips from Bangkok Airport to Pattaya and vice versa. The fare is only 134 baht. The bus leaves every hour from 7 am to 9 pm.
If you want to save a lot, then the trip to Pattaya should be postponed at night. With the onset of night, the cost of a taxi ride is almost halved. The situation is similar with night buses.
